Last time we discovered Benjamin Von Wong’s “Strawpocalypse” in Vietnam, today we bring to you his latest work in Singapore, “Plastikphobia”. An immersive installation composed entirely of throw-away cups. In a similar method, Von Wong, with the support of volunteers, collected over 18,000 disposable cups to create his artwork. The warning tales of single-use plastics is communicated through the crystal-like cave, built with the use of an overwhelming number of cups. We are actively looking for solutions that would reduce the impact of our footprint without compromising the quality of our event production. What is something that you do to exercise your responsibility for the environment?
